To update payment information:
- Log in to the customer portal.
- Click on Manage Suscriptions.
- Click the Payment Methods tab.
- Click Add new payment method and enter the payment method details.
- Once added, click Move Subscriptions below the new card to change the default payment method of your existing subscriptions.
- Expand the old payment method and click Remove payment method.
If you used PayPal as your payment gateway, you may be able to edit the payment method in your PayPal settings. Otherwise, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via checkout.
Please note that the changes will take effect on your next subscription order.
