How do I place a hold on an upcoming subscription order?

You can pause your next order when needed. When skipping a subscription order, you are essentially delaying it to the next scheduled delivery date. It will NOT shorten the length of your subscription.

For example, if you have a 12-month subscription and you "skip" next month's delivery, this will be tacked onto the end of your subscription so you will still receive a total of 12 months of deliveries over a 13 month period.

You can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer account
2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"


3. Select the subscription order you'd like to pause

4. Lastly, click "Skip Shipment" and your order will resume on the next scheduled order date.

Please note that the changes will take effect on your next subscription order.
