I selected or was shipped the wrong product

I forgot to apply the discount at checkout, could you apply it to my order?

Unfortunately we cannot apply the discount code to your order after you have received your order confirmation email as your order has already been processed. If you are a subscription customer, please know that discount codes apply to new customers

How long does it take to deliver?

It typically takes 24-48 hours for orders to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Once it ships, a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent and it will take an average of 3-4 business days to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Good news! We offer free shipping for all subscription orders! :)For one-time orders, shipping costs vary depending on where you live. You can check the price of shipping by going through the checkout process. Once you enter your address and zip code

Can I have my order expedited?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We ship via UPS  Ground, and it can take an average of 3-4 business days for your package to arrive. If you are purchasing cases for a special event, please plan accordingly within our shipping paramet

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. We currently only ship within the United States (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam).

I have received a portion of my order. Where is the rest?

Please allow up to 4 business days for all of your packages to arrive. Sometimes UPS will deliver only part of an order initially. But don’t worry! The remaining packages will be delivered in the subsequent days following the first delivery.

My order was delivered to the wrong address.

Stuff happens! Please check your order confirmation email and make sure that you entered in the correct address at checkout.  If your order was delivered to a different address than the one on your order confirmation receipt, please email customerser

My tracking number isn’t working or showing any updates?

Please allow 24 hours for any updates to appear via UPS.

I have my order confirmation email but there isn’t a tracking number?

Please allow 48 hours to receive an updated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have not received your tracking information 72 hours later, please email [email protected]. Mahalo!
